Pitara Tools ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect — and what we deliberately do not.

Client-side processing

The vast majority of Pitara Tools run entirely in your web browser. When you merge a PDF, compress an image, or calculate GST, the work happens on your device using JavaScript and browser APIs — not on our servers.

No file uploads

We do not upload your files to any server for processing. Your documents, images and personal data never leave your device through our tools. This is by design, not an afterthought.

No personal data collection

We do not require accounts, and we do not collect names, email addresses, or other personal information through normal use of the site. If you email us via the contact page, we use your message only to respond to you.

Cookies & analytics

We use essential cookies for basic site functionality (such as theme preferences stored locally). We also use Google Analytics (measurement ID G-H2PWC8LQGW) to collect anonymous usage data — such as pages visited, approximate location, device type, and session duration — so we can understand how the site is used and improve the service.

Google Analytics does not give us access to the files you process in our tools. We do not use advertising cookies or sell your data. You can opt out via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Hosting & logs

Like any website, our hosting provider may record standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability. We do not link these logs to individual tool usage or uploaded content — because there are no uploads.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of Pitara Tools after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
